Security
High security facility - cameras and key card entry system keep
track of every person entering and leaving the facility. We utilize
high-definition camera technology that includes facial recognition
capabilities and 24-hour digital recording.
Climate-Controlled
We house multiple industrial strength air conditioning units in
our data center for maximum reliability. This ensures that if one
fails, another one kicks in. Our multiple units also help keep humidity
and room temperature constant.
Emergency Power
In the unlikely event of a blackout, our data center contains multiple
power sources, including uninterruptible power supplies, and massive
on-site diesel operated generator.
Fire Protection
Our data center houses multiple levels of protection in the unlikely
event of a fire. The fire suppression system is a multi-zoned, dry
pipe, pre-action system. It is activated via under-floor and overhead
smoke detectors. On-site personnel monitor the system.
Earthquake Protection
To prepare for the possibility of an earthquake, co-location cabinets,
racks, and cages are reinforced against seismic disturbances and
are bolted to the floor and ceiling. In addition, extra stabilization
was installed specifically for the data canter to protect the structure
of the facility.
Network Operations
Center (NOC)
Through the NOC, we can monitor the air systems, UPS power, diesel
generator, server response, bandwidth utilization, network loads
and much more. Automated alarms alert the staff of any issues that
might arise, giving our customers peace-of-mind.
24x7 Support and Access
A technical advisor can be reached at any time through our support
hotline or our online ticket system. Emergency visits are always
escorted to ensure the security of the facility.
Carrier-neutral Facility
In the REALTECH Data Canter, you are welcome to bring your own connectivity
or to purchase reliable and redundant bandwidth through us at affordable
prices.
Scalable Solutions
Our 10,000 sq foot Data Center is ideal for all sizes of servers
and systems. We are actively recruiting anchor tenants who need
custom cages as well as small-medium sized businesses that may only
need 1/4 rack, and we have the flexibility and support to meet the
needs of each size business.
